Our Mission

We built DecaJobs to fix that. Our mission is simple: deliver exactly 10 perfectly matched jobs to your inbox every morning — so you spend less than 5 minutes a day on your job search instead of hours.

Who We Are

DecaJobs was founded by Anup Behera, a technology professional based in India who experienced firsthand the frustration of traditional job portals. After spending hours every day sifting through irrelevant job listings and receiving no meaningful matches, Anup decided to build a better solution — one that uses artificial intelligence to do the searching for you.

What started as a personal project in 2025 has grown into a platform trusted by thousands of job seekers across India. • Supabase for secure PostgreSQL database, authentication, and encrypted file storage with Row Level Security (RLS)
• Custom AI Matching Engine with weighted scoring across four dimensions: title relevance (40%), skill match (35%), location compatibility (15%), and description keywords (10%)
• Automated Daily Cron Jobs that fetch, deduplicate, score, and deliver personalized job digests at 7 AM IST every day
• React Email for beautifully formatted, mobile-responsive daily digest emails
